System was designed to automate processing of requests received by the central Moscow office from its regional branches. The system was fully integrated with existing information systems used by OTIS.

Procter&Gamble

The purpose of this long-term project is adaptation of corporate application for field sales - MARS (Mobile Automated Retail Sales) used by P&G worldwide to the specific of Russian and Ukraine business environment (currency, business rules etc). Front-office part of the system is PALM-based and supports POS-terminal functionality, accounting forms support, reporting and data exchange with the backoffice. The project involved regular versions update and hotline user support.

Development of a collaborative Internet environment for CRM (customer relationship management) using IBM technologies (WebSphere, DB2). The project included system re-engineering and porting to new platform.

The system is integrated with backoffice applications (SCALA) as well as with manufacturing environment and belongs to a class of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) applications.
